This isn't really an update, I need some help I finished most the textures, still need to do some of the engine bay, rear and underside But before when I first started the mod I was an idiot and used hubwheels instead of pressurewheels. Basically hubwheels are the old wheels system and they are deprecated. I went to fix the issue by changing the whole suspension and wheels system to use universal wheels but then every time it spawns it says engine disabled. I'm assuming because I did the engine jbeam incorrectly, so I need help on that any ideas as to what is wrong?
Have you jbeamed a gas tank? if not new engine jbeams will not run, cause there is no fuel tank. Other thing i can think of is if the engine jbeam is outdated. If you want me to take a look or help with some stuff ill be down to help out, old fords are super cool.
In the images of your model in the game, you are using 6-lug hubs, whereas the models you have in blendr(or whatever that program is) uses a 5-lug setup. But the F-250 and up had 8-lug hubs. But the mod looks AMAZING. I would really love to see this get into the game. If you need any pictures, I have a 6th-gen Ford Custom F-350. Keep up with this amazing mod. Good luck!
Yeah, the 5 lug wheels don't really work at the moment but 6 and 8 lug work --- Post updated --- haven't given that much thought yet, but may be a possibility
This is awesome! My family used to have one of these trucks, and it was a Camper Special, but we sold it, now we're looking for one again...
This looks awesome! I however hope it gets a "lore friendly" name for its release so it fits well into the game!
If you're not going to call it a Gavril D25 (Because Gavril is Ford and GM based), You could call it a Bruckell T12(T for truck and 12 for an F-250 equivalent, T11 for an F-150 equivalent and so on.
I kinda hate to be this guy, but why exactly is it on hold? Are you not able to get around issues with it, or are you just working on other things?
well it was 70% complete but the jbeam was pretty crap so I stopped working on it for a while and now i'm redoing parts of it
