(imported from here) This doesn't represent my complete idea for this track, but I plan on taking more time for the next chunk of work and I'm open to ideas, so I figured I'd release a beta version for you guys to test drive. I'll probably make this a circuit, so you can do laps. As it stands right now though, the end of the road just launches you into an area of palm trees and coastal rocks. Features: Custom lap timer Custom mesh road Solid framerate How to Use: Drag and drop both directories from the archive into your main BeamNG Drive folder. Known Issues: At one certain place on the road, the mesh was disappearing for a second, but I think I fixed that.. Planned Improvements: I'll probably make it a circuit, so you can do laps. Will you be adding any roads or houses to the map? Will you be adding natural features like; land bridges, land arches, rivers, etc. Other than that it looks good. I could also model you some multi million dollar houses, being that you usually find those on a coast.
Even with the cheap grass I use ? It's not actually a model but a texture. - - - Updated - - - Well, beside the main road you see, I didn't plan on adding any more roads. Houses would be cool. I honestly don't know everything I'll be doing with the terrain, but I know it'll be a lot. Is it possible to make a land arch in the Torque editor ? Is this ( https://www.google.com/search?q=lan...icle%2F20131013%2FLIFE%2F310130007%2F;640;360 ) a land arch ? - - - Updated - - - I only plan on putting guard rails around some corners. I won't put 'em around the entire edge.

Will you have have a tunnel connecting the two separate ends of the road? I'm thinking about the race-update coming down the pipeline. This would be fun to cruise around on.

(imported from here) - - - Updated - - - I uploaded a beta version for you guys to test drive. It has my standard timer in it. Let me know if you guys get a framerate dip going around the turn with the guard rail. It may just be me since I have 90 things open at once.
awesome cant wait to try it out, will edit my post after some test runs. - Slowed down at the end thinking "WTF is this thing sticking out" didnt realize it was the finish and a jump off the cliff Great map, love the flow of it so far. I was getting this no texture everywhere though. At a distance it looked fine like in the picture, the grass texture (?) was showing but when close it was 'over powered' by the no texture thing. Also, no FPS drops
