    Do you think the developers who make Beamng would make a boat or plane?

    They don't have to but the boat and planes tabs...

    They have mentioned multiple times that they won't make planes, and they were planning on making a boat for the Italy update, however there were issues with that so they scrapped the idea.

    So no, I doubt it.
