Hard to answer without having more specific definitions of "old" and "new". For some people, 90's is old, for others, it's still new. Personally my favorites are 80's and 90's.
Cars from 1900s-mid 90s, Some new cars are OK ( better then the EV Driverless pods ) But old cars where its AT.
In game, I prefer the mid 90s to early 2000s vehicles to the newer ones. I just feel like I can relate to them more. I hardly ever use the SBR4 or the K-Series. I must admit though, even if I don’t drive them often, they are a blast to drive.

I love old cars, especially in the 80's. Those cars have more structual safety margin, making them more durable compared to modern vehicles. With the use of finite-elemant analysis and computer simulatons. Vehicle manufatures make car structure only strong enough for everyday driving, any more than that leads to repair cost. Such as hitting a curb at 10mph bend the alignment. Also I dislike "EV Driverless pods" since they destroy the meanings and purposes of driving.
totaly agree hate over those electric ev garbage of an vehicle i even refuse to buy any new car after 2011 besicaly when the e BMWe 90 did runn out but any ice car is way better and infirior to those garbage evs i hate them and dot want to sit or stand nearby one. they literaly have no reason to exist and get pushed (besides the inustry want force you to buy new again and agin and again) my fafourite car ingame is the etki definatly but more varety of the old cars makes the spice --- Post updated --- jea the sbr is my last fafourite and my hate car is the eSBR man i hate this thing it doest even destrukt realisticaly
My favorite car is the LeGran because it can be very fast if you spend a lot of time tuning the suspension. I have beaten people in full race spec cars and Hillclimb SBR4's, its just a matter of driving the car right. https://www.beamng.com/threads/february-beamng-racing-competition.60762/page-5#post-993587 I was doing rather well in the first week of the competition but I never submitted another time.
EVs are not garbage...if u dislike them keep that decision to urself.by the way ur english is GARBAGE
Any actual reasoning for that? I mean, EVs have instant torque, better acceleration, lower running costs, less NVH...
jea the sbr is my last fafourite and my hate car is the e v low range / overheating issues / low top speed / worse handling due to havy weight / No Induvidualety / No sound / no feeling / literaly no funn faktor by driving because of no trans middon so the whole driving gets more boring / (and i shit on torque delay it literaly doesnt exist if you rev the engine to its ideal max torque rpm) / Batery life span low 5-7 years and those are way expensive without it the car sit a complete emty useles shell (buy the way the whole power elektronics are too critical for breaking down) / i can cep going on counting but im exhaustet the biigest point for me is they have no feeling no personalety and no caracter every single one of them feels the same drives the same and sounds the same of course it is erased due tho the nature of electric engines. on an ice car you turn the key and it makes istant by the sound and idelyng more funn than a E-kind of vehickle in its whole live time and the thing with the Enviorment friendly reputation its an air castle and a dream for capitalists to replace your car the make you current car bad to ecurage (or force) to buy ne the last time this happened in large scale was 2007 this is a handy tool for them to trash still completly fine cars and buy the way watch this ice cars can get way more enviorment friendli with the right fuel wat is better buying each 5 jears a new car ? or driving your car 20-30 years + ? i gues at least u will know the right anwer on this question...
greenies are always saying electric cars are the answer, what about these huge jet liners that eat rocket fuel, think of the emissions caused by that or, or even better like those massive cruise ships and container/cargo ships, think about how much fuel those beasts drink and not to mention the ever so common emissions caused by that. if you wana save the planet then get rid of industrial vehicles, Rock 'n' Roll is Here To Stay !
Depends on the car. Mostly caused by many companies' stubbornness with aircooling. How often do you drive legally at such speeds? Not that much in many cases. You don't need an engine for that. Sometimes you want that. I like quiet, but capable, luxury cruisers. Doubt that. The transmission is not all of the fun factor. I prefer having it from the start. Low-end torque is basically the only thing that makes my dad's car, an '07 diesel Corolla, worthwhile to drive. Depends on the car. For example, Tesla ones last past 200k miles. (https://cleantechnica.com/2018/08/23/tesla-battery-life-longer-than-anyone-except-elon-jb-expected/) Most modern junk cars are sent to the yard due to mechanical, not electronic, issues. TIL suspension tuning, steering, weight distribution, etc. is unimportant. Depends on what ICE car you have. Statism =/= capitalism. Driving an electric car for 15+ years. --- Post updated --- I'm not against curbing those emissions. By the way, Neil Young has an electric car.
I like old cars because they are not perfect, giving them great character. This is bad for most people but endearing for me. While I would never by an EV or a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, I think that for most people, they are good because they are ultra-clean and modern, which is what most want. I am distinctly in the minority. Most would not sacrifice reliability, practicality and safety for a 4.5l TVR, but that is what makes it my dream car, and will hopefully keep the value of SEACs down long enough for me to buy one.
