   all of my stock BeamNG drive ETK vehicles don't work. i really want to know because i'm making a face-lifted version of the ETK-K series and if the normal ETK wont work then my mod wont work

   Please first disable all your mods and check again.
   Chance is that you got a mod breaking them.
