*at home i rewatch a race i had been to when i was 7, the hirochi cup 1997, it was at a lesser known hirochi raceway in the UK. it was amazing to see it, and memories come back. as i watch, the last corner comes up, a spark-sport pessima hitting a vendetta, hitting the wall at almost 100 km/u, and the vendetta flipped, both survived, but couldnt race again. that day, the brakes of the pessima gave out, causng the accident. it left an impression, and set the standard for safety, that later, was ignored by some raceway owners*

(Well it always has two tone enabled, it just has the two colors the same. It doesn't work for me. cars like the roamer, Miramar, Burnside, and all of those get the problem.) --- Post updated --- (Like this.)
(Well the Grand Marshall doesn't have the option to take off the two tone unless you put on the police livery or taxi livery or something.)
( Somethings up with your game probably, When I spawn in the car it has " Body Colored Trim " selected. Try disabling mods that revolve around paint jobs, for the longest time the Alternate two tone paint job on the D-series wouldn't work for me at all. Until I deleted a certain paint job mod. )
