Released NZ Ministock 1.08

Me and my mate are working on a ministock for this game which will be perfect for the speedway on WCUSA. He owns a ministock so he will be helping with allowing me to get photos, come take a look at the car for reference and letting me drive to get a feel for it. He will also be beta testing. I will be doing this alongside my tuner pack and helping some other people so those haven't died yet.

Ministock racing is a type of speedway racing similar to sprint cars made in New Zealand. It is mainly driven by younger people (12-16), who aren't yet allowed to drive superstocks.

Planned features/ideas:
Different spoilers, body styles and hoods. Many, many different skins. Scenarios/actual races?. Thinking of also making a map/track based on "Waikaraka Park" which is a very popular speedway here.

Here’s a texture suggestion: make the whole car rusty and dirty make the tires dirty

considering most am/pro am racer car drivers paint their cars every few years, this wouldnt make sense rusty.

Is it like go kart or completely different? This looks very promising, good work.

 

I'm not great at textures yet espiecally rust so that wouldn't be happening anyway but maybe have an old config in the future

In real life they're based on datsun 1200's and similar cars so I will be basing it on the miramar so it won't be much like a go kart.

 

But what if it was retired

 

I might make one in the future but like I said, right now i'm not great at texturing especially with rust.

Update: Chassis is in game and jbeam for the chassis is pretty much complete

Update: Pretty much completed suspension apart from steering, engine is properly jbeamed instead of just sitting there and I've modeled the dash
