Disagree with that. A good, moist carrot cake is invaluable.

I’m glad to see y’alls appreciating the devs’ effort!

I've been reading the posts about the devs, one mentioning Stoat Muldoon, saying on Discord that the Bluebuck will have more to it than the other vehicles, and now I'm dying even more to see it. Sounds to me like the devs are going all out with it.

I sure hope so. Especially if they're putting the frame in the 'common' parts folder. The eventual release of an el-camino type vehicle on that platform would be a huge wishlist item for me.

As for cake on the game's birthday, I'm surprised nobody mentioned coffee cake - I mean, we've all seen Tdev's love of coffee...

I hope(/suspect) they will make a lowrider version with the hydraulics we've seen.

Currently, for Full-size American cars (stock vehicles), we have the Burnside (the Early 50s) and the Grand Marshal (early to mid-90s) and shortly, we have the Bluebuck (early 60s). Now, all we need is an early 70s full-size (A clamshell wagon would be cool) and an early 80s (We do have the Olds full-size mod as a nice substitute though) full-size car to fill the gaps.

If anyone is wondering, This is a Clamshell wagon.

Nice! And that reminds me that the devs should make all the cars have opening trunks.

something else to speculate about the bubu, presuming it shares it's engines with the barstow, and considering that the video of the chassis deliberately had the engine hidden (or the model wasn't in-game yet), is it possible that the barstow will get new engine models along with the BuBu?

Yea, I'd say that's pretty likely. That engine desperately needs a remodel.

    I'm guessing a 75% chance?

That's no holiday tho. And, it would be quite absurd to associate a game update to such a relevant day of remembrance...

I have a solution for both:

Early/Mid 80s fullsizer? Use the chassis of the Grand Marshal with an emissions choked carbureted engine, non-overdrive transmission, taller rear axle ratio, softer springs, skinnier wheels/tires and obviously period bodywork and interior.

Remember that the 1991+ Panthers and 91-96 "bubble" B bodies (IE Caprice) are revised versions of vehicles released in 1979 and 1977.

The next vehicle is even simpler-just add more configs to the Moonhawk. Yes, it is technically a "Midsize" car, but by the early/mid 70s Intermediates were so bloated and oversized they may as well been fullsizers: The "midsize" LTD II is actually longer than the downsized 1979 Crown Vic, and the GM A body (which the Moonhawk is based off of) is a big car too, it's frame is similar to the new downsized 1977 GM fullsizers.

Ford LTD II compared to downsized 79 Vic.
