Probably not. You can add it by just spawning the fence in the gap. As for the gate itself I wish the chain and lock were actually 3d models and not just a flat image since it’s really obvious at most angles. It would also be cool if it got actual jbeamed chains since it wouldn’t be that hard to make but it’s not a big issue.
The Grand Marshal and Bandit wouldn't be a good idea - in 1963, the Impala was the top of the Chevy range, with nothing above, and so was the Galaxie 500 at Ford. However, there needs to be more than one lower-end model. For example, Chevy had the Biscayne and Bel Air, and Ford had the 300 and Galaxie.
Impala Caprice? I know that was only in 1966, but the Bluebuck is its own car. The Bandit would not be "above" the Bluebuck, it would fill a separate niche entirely.
You got me there. 1966 Bluebuck when? But, the LTD was introduced in late 1964, probably during what would have been this generation Bluebuck's production. So maybe the Grand Marshal was first produced in '64 or '65? It would have been a rather short production span of that particular generation, making it somewhat rare and valuable today, but not completely unrealistic.
So... this body style... only lasted 2 years?? The 1961-1964 Bel Air lasted for four model years. Considering that our Bluebuck was introduced in 1963, it could have easily lasted until 1967 with some facelifts. All it would need is a more angular roofline and less curvy sheet metal in 1966 or so. Keep in mind that NONE OF THESE CARS ARE REAL, they are meant to be period correct original designs, not imitations of any real vehicle. Gavril is not Chevy, nor do they have to compete with Chevy. Who knows how or when they would be marketed in the real world? On the other hand, the Bluebuck is supposed to have lots of factory variants. Whatever the dev team came up with is almost certainly better/more realistic than my proposal...
It wasn't introduced in 1963, it was produced in 1963 (or late 1962). It is based on the 1961-64 Chevrolet and Ford fullsizes.
Update reported to not be ready yet. This may just mean the dev-blog hasn't been done and it may come later today/tomorrow or it may mean it may be released next week or later, who knows... Link to thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/284160/discussions/0/1643171537290530446/
I remember when updates were monthly and all the devs were interacting with the community. at least it isn't Bugbear levels of 'in the dark'
I'm just hoping that the update drops sometime before August 26. (because that's when I start school)
Hopes of it being this weekend Deleted. But oh well, Least it will be killer when it comes, I hope asap But art takes time,. I do think at this stage ( i may be wrong ) That is closer. I.E I will be shocked if it's not out by sep 7th, Some update's have been on the 1st week of the mouth, SO maybe sep7th, At i hope the very latest
Not necessarily. 'Not ready' can mean anything from a couple hours work to a couple weeks work. There is honestly no way to tell, we are not developers and therefore have no idea what is going on behind the scenes.
Probably today or tomorrow. The trailers are already out. If past events are anything to go by (specifically the trailers leading up to 0.15), it is coming very soon.
Yep, I'm hoping for a release tonight, although if it's not tonight I'm expecting it sometime next week (likely Tuesday to Thursday) as I can't imagine them releasing the update on a Friday, especially an update as large as this.
I hope the devs will give the cars will get as high quality and as era appropriate skins like the Bluebuck.
I really hate to be a downer, especially because I'm one of the more update-fixated members of this forum, but based off Stenyak's phrasing, it's almost as if we might not see the update until next week. That seems odd, due to all the trailers and such, 'releasing videos in advance', what does that mean? Are we talking a day in advance, a week?
