I need a new controller. Badly. I want to know if I can get my current Xbox One X controller replaced for a new custom one from the design lab for free, or do I just have to settle with whatever Microsoft gives me?
Considering they only do like for like replacement, and design lab costs more than a regular controller, you're not getting a design lab one, definitely not for free
