So I used the map editor and added 4 permanent vehicle spawns, and a few concrete barriers to the derby arenas map, and now the textures are all broken(no buildings, no concrete barriers, misc items...anything. except for discolored ground, and trees) upon release of the new update.

I was wondering if there was a way to reset the map back to default, so that i can at least play it?

if you are on Steam it's actually very easy. you should right click on beam in your library, go into properties, and then local files, and then Verify integrity of game files. if that doesn't work, then manually delete the map through windows explorer, and repeat the integrity check.
derby is most likely gonna be in steamapps/common/beamng.drive/content/levels/Derby.zip if I remember right. a bit of a protip, NEVER screw around with game files like that without making a backup first. saves a lot of frustration.

so wait, you deleted the map, AND cleared the cache, then you verified integrity? if so, I think your game might be haunted now o_O

If these folders exist, delete them:
    Documents > BeamNG.drive > levels > derby
    Documents > BeamNG.drive > cache.0.17.0.0 > levels > derby
