I opted to apply for a job with the forest service (sorry @98crownvic , I just don't feel like I have enough experience in that area to be a worthy candidate for an accountant), and since they are desperately looking for employees, I was hired after a very brief and rather quick interview that involved no more than 5 questions. And now I have a 5 day a week 7:00 to 3:00 job where I leave from my house in my USFS truck and just patrol the dirt roads from there. I couldn't be more excited. The ranger at the police station set me up with this extended cab D15 (yes, it may seem really ugly to you but look it up, its the paint color of a real USFS truck). This is a great job for me because I love four wheeling on the trails. Plus, I know a lot of the Firwood trail system like the back of my hand, since I practically grew up on these trails between snowmobiling with my parents and friends and riding dirtbikes and quads on them in the spring and summer. --- Post updated --- Damn, looks like everyone is trying to find a job now glad I got mine when I did.

Today was my first day working for the forest service. I grabbed some breakfast from the inn and then hit the trails. Just a couple hours in, I encountered a couple people illegally fishing. I gave both of them a citation and headed off for the next adventure. Many hours later, I was able to rescue a group who took a rather bad line on one of the trails, as well as teach them a thing or two about 4 wheeling. And just like that, my work day was over.
Today, the Pessima met it's end. There was a leak of a fluid of some kind, wasn't sure what it was. I drove through the forest, when there was a Clang. I tried to stop so I could check it out... No brakes. The fluid was brake fluid. I wasn't going too fast and managed to ditch it in a bush. Bang! Suddenly, the engine started steaming. Fried brakes, dead engine. Great, now I was stranded in the middle of a forest. What now?
I woke up this morning and decided I needed to finish my Pessima. I needed an engine and some rims-that was it. I went to Firwood and bought some rims- but you can't go into firwood to buy an engine. Then, it struck me- the junkyard! One of my neighbors has a small junkyard of decomposing Gavrils, with some Ibishus thrown in. I went over there, and spotted a Pessima ZX- with the right engine! It took me some elbow grease to get it out and into my truck, but I did it. Now my build is done! It's super fun to drive, but a little tailhappy when braking at high-ish speeds. Might upgrade the pads later, but as of now I need more money.
*goes to the same place as zestyfolfdude* *sees the broken down pessima* "hmm, i should still have the parts off that spark plugs pessima* *buys it* "well, time to make this car suited for the track*
*I leave @zestyfolfdude ‘s house* Hey man, can I get a ride to my car? Actually, maybe i’ll just leave it and buy a new car. Any suggestions on a cheap compact daily driver?
*gets home with the pessima* *goes inside* "yes, found them!" "the engine, wheels, doors, wing, fenders, rollcage, hood, suspension and chair are all still here, luckily i stripped the sparkplugs pessima before disposing of it" *puts the parts away* *strips pessima* "once im done with this, it will be awesome, i may even give it the spark plugs paint job"
I was picked up by a friend, who called a tow truck which escorted us out of the woods. I began looking for cheap Gavril Roamers in decent condition. I decided recently that I needed something bigger, with a tow hitch, and AWD/4WD that could haul decent weight
