My go to vehicle, don't have the game that long, about a day or 2, been driving every vehicle but I always go back to the OG vanilla D-series truck, stock at the moment. Though it's time I'm gonna build this thing to how I would have it IRL, it got stuck here of all places. I like this because it's basically a 4th gen c/k series (GMT400) with 3rd gen c/k grill (not important but I notice it) Gonna do a build on it from the frame up, not sure where I can post that on this forum but gonna do both text/picture style and video form. Update, been playing the game for about a week now and finaly made my default vehicle, scroll down to find my build. Edit: if you see other default vehicles that I describe in newer posts, ignore them because I'm back to this OG D-series.
I default to a pessima HX. I think the HX is really cute! Sure it's a little slow, but it sips gas! Isn't she adorable? let's look under the hood! wait a sec, that's not the stock engine.... oh.. OH, SHE GOT LEGS
I guess that it's time to retire the Legrandpa. So, I present to you, the Bluebuckaroo! Tuned 353 CUI V8, 3-Speed Ultimatic transmission, Roadsport Suspension, and 15x9 Alder Rush wheels.
I do want to be that guy. See, there are now 3 different Chevy Blazers. There is a new 2019 Blazer which we are not talking about, there is the blazer I think you are thinking of, the S-10 Blazer, which had rear seats and an SUV body manufactured form 1989-2005. There was also the fullsize K5 Blazer made from 1969 to 1991, which had basically a convertible top until the 80's and no seats in the rear. after that, they had a removable camper shell and a bed. Therefore it sorta depends on who you ask or what definition of SUV you go by. Bear in mind also, the style of vehicle we all call SUVs were actually called trucks up until the late 90's early to mid 00's and the term started retroactively applying to older vehicles with the body style. I think given the lack of rear seating and given the fact the K5 Blazer can easily be converted into a conventional pickup; the K5 Blazer he based his build on is a truck, not an SUV. Edit for typos
Yeah I forgot about the blazer having a removable shell in early years, but I think that deciding if the Gavril D series is based of a K5 blazer (which of that time period I find just as cool tbh) or a C/K body is a bit pointless, BeamNG is an amazing game and I don't wanna turn a forum in a giant discussion like what happens with gta where a car is based on multiple vehicles (sultan is a good example of long arguments what's it based on) Hey, a K5 and a C/K are both awesome trucks to have (before they went all plastic and shiny like current models)
Hey man, I agree. The internet is full of pointless arguments. The important thing here is welcome to the community!
Well it was time that I chose and built my default vehicle, and coincidentally it is a vehicle that I have dreamed of having since Need for Speed Carbon and Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition: a Cop car. But not just any Cop car, it had to be a highly modified Lowrider (or at least on Airbags) Drag Car So here it is, parked while I eat a Donut (insert homer drewling gif) This is sitting on some drag rated wheels and tires, hydraulic suspension, 5.5 V8 with stage 2 block and stage 2 supercharger, revving all the way to as high I can make it go with an adjustable ECU unit, and a drag racing 4 speed makes it go fast as wel as it looks good. Here is my fastest time btw Update: I have a new default, this vehicle has been retired (somewhere on page 37 shall be my new default shown).
My new default a ETK 856tdx with a 3.0L 427hp Tri-Turbocharged I6 Engine and most importantly Air Suspension.
