After installing the game and the car spawn, this error occurs, although no mods have been installed. I cleared the cache, launched it in safe mode, deleted folder "beamng" from my documents and reinstalled the game. This error occurred when I once installed many mods at once, but I completely deleted the game after that.

You cannot just remove the folder 'BeamNG.drive' from your Documents folder, I guess you're in for
a clean install. That folder you removed is the game's User folder. You can move the user folder to a
different location using the game's launch menu and carefully read the instructions.

No but reinstalling should if your machine has no issues with it.

Perhaps the console output will reveal some info, I believe it's ctrl + tilde (button above tab key).

I can barely read the screenshot but for what I can make of it (and as far as my knowledge goes)
this is no console output from a clean install. Anyway, there seems to be a problem with the
vehicle's power train. Have you tried to spawn a different vehicle yet btw ?

edit : I even think your game is using files from an older version, might that be possible ?

    Haha, guess so.. idk..
Anyway, do you agree with my opinion cause I don't think a clean install would prevent the blue D from spawning ?

The fifth line in blue says : 'Player #0 vehicle switched from : nil to : id 16620 (vehicles/pickup)

    Switched from 'nil' ? idk..

And after that the console is outing power train and throttle map issues..

To me it looks like his game is loading outdated lua files but I'm not sure :)

Yes, I spawned all the cars and none worked, but a device such as a car presser works
I am using the latest version of the game 0.17 .....

edit: you can download this screen

I have already done a clean reinstall. I even reinstalled the operating system, so it was a clean install. In incentive, in the beta tab of the game, I selected and installed the game version 0.4.0.6 and everything worked there, and after version 0.14.5, but nothing worked there either

I think that this problem started after I somehow downloaded a mod on a non-licensed game for engines from the catalog in the game, then I probably started it, but not deleting the mods and a clean reinstall of the game did not help. And even installing the game from Steam

    Your Support ID is empty.
This commonly happens if something is blocking the game from writing/reading files.
I suspect this is also what it's causing all the issues above, since as you said, you are on a fresh install of the game too.

Please check your Antivirus, and any similar software you might have, and make triple sure they are not blocking / messing with the game in any way.
As well carefully check this list: https://wiki.beamng.com/Incompatible_Third_Party_Software

If you are unable to find what's blocking the game, a workaround is to change the location of your BeamNG.drive User Folder* to somewhere else (by default it's in Documents).
You can do so from Launcher > Manage User Folder > Move User Folder. For example, you can choose C:\BeamNG.drive as your new location, or whatever you prefer. It's recommended choosing a location that has few chance of getting blocked from being used.

*The User Folder is what contains your own game files, such as mods, settings, logs and so on.

Once you do that, first check if the game is working fine.
If the issue still persists, please provide a new Support ID ( https://supportid.beamng.com/ ) so that we can check if the game is now able to write the game logs, to make sure if it's still being blocked or not.

I was able to solve this problem by resetting the BIOS to factory settings, it seems that this problem appeared after I overclocked my Phenom X3 720 processor
