-- Next day -- I must've gotten up at like 6:30ish? and went to the farm truck. I had all of the bare minimum equipment I would need to start the car. I checked to see if the engine was sized and it wasn't, good. I then checked the fuel lines for rot along with various other lines. and they were mostly good except for one coolant line which wasn't that important. and finally I checked to see if the fuel tank had gas in it and if it was rusted. and first of all, it was bone dry, and second of all. It was starting to oxidize but that was it. So I pulled the gas tank far out enough to were I could spray the infected spots with Rust-Oleum and put it all back together. I then changed the oil, filled it up 1/4th of the way with regular gas, and changed the battery. and it only took 2 tries before it roared to life with a bunch of white smoke pouring out the back. I didn't worry about the white smoke as there might've been some debris inside that were being blown out with all of the heat and pressure. Now I'm off to the DMV to get a new title and some registration for this.
( I would like to make this statement right now, my GF never lived there. I redact any information as to portraying that, that was her house. Have a nice day everyone, lmao )
Well I bought myself an old i-series. I see no reason why it shouldn’t be my commuter for several years.
( go go me 1,000 messages ) After haggling with the ancient, delicate, and easily provoked DMV lady's of h311. I finally got a new title and some plates to slap on my new truck.
*Meanwhile I Get my 1300 painted matte and swapped the 3.0 i6 for a 3.0 i6 Diesel Euro6 from europe. Luckily the engine passed customs.
(Were just gonna forget the girlfriend storyline I had. I dont need to be responsible for 2 characters.) I can get some pictures up of my I-Series soon. I traded in my d-series for it and payed $500 so pretty good deal.
**Restarting** My name's Cory Cook and I own and operate a small boat and snowmobile repair business out of my shop in the ECA fishing village. It has living quarters above where I live and a garage down below. In spring, summer, and fall, I mainly work on small boats, anything from rebuilding blown up outboard motors to repairing hulls. By the first snowfall of winter, my shop becomes completely converted to a snowmobile shop. It's a small business, but it's enough to make a living for my 20 year old self and maintain my expensive hobbies. That being said, I own 3 vehicles, a maroon D25 trail rig that doubles as a daily driver, a 2 door Bluebuck with a built 423 big block, and a clapped out beater of an ex-cop car Grand Marshal, which I regretfully drove through the winter last year due to its terrible RWD V8 handling on snowy roads.
