Well it's been a few days... and a 1,400$ later. But I do have a completed car to show for it. The guys at the body shop helped get rid of the surface rust on the carand put the shine back in along with re-painting the area that's halfway below the door for a two tone look and the new body panels. They then finished up everything with replacing the window seals and some new chrome trim where applicable. Now onto the engine, I installed some new aluminum heads above the engine block along with a new exhaust system and supercharger that I nabbed out of a wrecked D15 Sport. I hope that this car will last me for a long time as I really like it and stomping on the gas pedal and flying down US 1 along the coast make me feel like I'm in my old ETK.
I’ve decided that my ETK will be a fine car to chase down criminals with. It has a nice V8 and is relatively sporty. If it ever gets destroyed, my manager will cover it.

I look up from the underside of my rusty Bluebuck at my phone. I set down my wrench and text back “okay, be there in 10.” A short drive later, I roll into Brien’s driveway, where he’s standing. “So, what’s up?” I ask.
I suppose we gotta figure out where that criminal went. Did the police ever search the forest? I suspect that’s where we should search, he may be hiding out there.
“Yeah, probably. In a town of 1100 people, there aren’t many places to hide, so he’s probably in the woods somewhere, or he ditched town.”
“Yeah, sure. I’ll check in with the PD just to see if they have any new developments, then we can search.”
I arrive home late at night from a friend's place in my Grand Marshal. I’m sitting in my Bluebuck in Brien’s driveway. I just get off the phone with the police, and they say there’s nothing new to report. A minute or two after I fire the beast up, though, I hear some interesting chatter come over the police scanner. I walk back into Brien’s house, and tell him about the strange break in. “We might have a lead here. I’m all ready to go, are you?”
