ok just wanna know the reasoning guys for your vote, just wondering. I think it would be cool because it could have a nozzle to put out flaming cars, or just ram other cars. Why do you think no, or later.

i saw this absolute beauty of a rig in a parking lot and thought "hey, wonder if someone with modding experience could throw the one off of the van on it or something" so uh, yeah
skin just like this would be mint d series with a box motors: dirty ass 7.3idi, and a rougher sounding 5.0 trans: manuals everywhere would prob be easy to just throw the box from the van on
if you're running out of ideas, stop posting nobody looks at this thread for inspiration anyway. namely because half of all suggesttions here are "2002 gavril rumbubmuninator all elesctric based off 1969 camerarto come with 2 liter v8 ad 16.7263 letir i4 want it cause datd has a 1762 corrlla dx" or "Hey guys, you know what we need in Beam? TRUCKS. YEeheaww, i propose a 50's european cabover, a 60's european cabover, a 70s european cabover, an 80s european cabover, thirteen different kinds of fire engines, a 90's american cabover"
I mean, we do already have the Roamer Fire Chief, which is a firetruck. I assume you are wanting a fire engine. Now, a fire engine is more difficult to implement than say, an ambulance or police car because they have a large, internal tank of water which would have to be simulated. Older fire engines were very susceptible to rolling over in turns because all the water would slosh to one side of the tank in a turn, moving the center of gravity out far enough to roll the vehicle. Modern engines have special walls with holes cut in them called 'Baffles' in the tank to split up the water into smaller chunks so it can't all slosh at once. The trouble is, you would still need to simulate this fluid, and Beam is not a fluid dynamics simulator. Also because Beam is not a fluid dynamics simulator, there is the trouble of the water stream, then what happens to the water when it hits surfaces, like dirt, asphalt, standing water, etc. then you need to tell the game how fire and water are supposed to interact, how gasoline and diesel burn differently, etc. TLDR, I'd love an official fire engine, but there is a LOT more work required to get this into the game than you'd expect, and WAYYY more than has been involved for really any other base game car.
Thanks for all the feedback, first time posting anything for BeamNG! --- Post updated --- I couldn't really help you, I have no idea how to make mods.
