Maybe you could ask DrowsySam, Mythbuster or dkutch, they're pretty much jbeam gods.

    And thats a bad thing?

Anyway, JBeam and C++, no relation there. But contrary to popular belief, its not too hard to pick up.

    How exactly did they reply?

If time was an issue i can understand because they may have their own things to do.
But if it was purely because they don't like you, your models or because you do C++ thats a bit arrogant of them tbh.
But i doubt it they said no purely because of you there must be a legit reason why they cant help.

you could try the blender to jbeam program, or something like that under programs and utilities

it's not the jbeam creation i am worried about. it's the way i have to attach two separate jbeam files. together.
like if i make a file for the chassis, and a separate file for the the suspension, how do i attach them together? do i just create a beam in the second file that attaches to one of the nodes in the other file? the other way around or do i create the whole car in a single jbeam file? i don't understand this.

The game doesnt really distinguish between the seperate files so much. Beams in one file can reference being connected between 2 nodes defined in 2 other files. So yeah if you have the main chassis file defining the nodes and beams for the chassis and then have the suspension file with nodes and beams for suspension, in the suspension file you simply add a few beams that connect between some nodes on the suspension and nodes on the chassis. Just a beam in the second file attaching to a node in the first.

    (imported from here)

Type is what it is, engine, front suspension, rear suspension etcetera.
Default is the part it spawns with, (if you make more parts you can select them from the CTRL+W menu)

If I want more different front axles I'd have to put "helljeep_frontaxle" the the front axle's "slotType", and for the part name (the green one on the top right) I can just call it whatever I want.

["component name","where do i want to spawn with","What should the component be named in the CTRL+W menu"],

And yes, you can put beams from one jbeam to another, I always put the beams that interconnect on the part I add to the vehicle

Lets say i have a 4 beam suspension that attaches my axle to the chassis, I will put the 4 beams in the axle jbeam.

you two have saved me and this project.
also if it is not too much to ask can someone explain to me hubwheels the same way dennis-w explained it?
    thanks.

For hubwheels just make a new jbeam and copy the wheels from the pickup and adjust them to your truck :).
I advise making a new slotType for them as well.

    Here are front wheels:

These are the nodes you attach your wheel to.
If this beam break you will lose drive on the wheel

can i support that single beam for the wheel with other nodes/beams or do i have to make the nodes really stiff.
