    If you ever wanted the police and chase AI to be stupidly aggressive and chase you, attempting to run through everything and anything in their way at full speed, here are the files for you.
    I blindly modified code structure, changed values, and deleted the ability to navigate roads until the ai went crazy, they can also never catch you so they'll just push you into something until they end up doing a burnout.

    You have to drag the attached files over to these directories
    ai.lua = /beamng.drive/lua/vehicle/ai.lua
    traffic.lua = /beamng.drive/lua/ge/extensions/gameplay/traffic.lua

    You're gonna want to back up the original files just in case you want to go back

    Here are a few videos of it in action

    I did this a while back, however it focused on making the pursuit AI semi-competent rather than total chaos. At the end I had AI police that could keep up with you at high speeds without crashing into everything (they could still take you out though, 140 mile per hour pit maneuvers were a thing), but due to the large number of limitations for the current traffic code (it only changed traffic.lua rather than traffic.lua and ai.lua), I put it on hold awaiting further updates to the traffic system that would provide a better framework.

    Dude, thank you! Chases now work for me. There was a huge problem, since the 17th version of the game, the chases did not work and no one could fix it, but you did it. It would be cool if the cops were a little calmer

    Definitely better than basic AI. If I want the car to follow the road instead? Which code strip did you edit? Because at least with this the car manages to reach the target and to buffer it even while with the basic one it only reaches the target at the same speed without doing anything. Thanks for your work.
