I wonder if the 'single piece' D15 will get the same treatment as the Roamer did way back in the day and become independent from the the truck? That would give it more trim levels and lessen the clutter the D-series selector has.
Calm down, It was published 3 vehicles (whether it's the same year or not -_-) on that list are in the game. You want to know what's really annoying? When people act like they have inside knowledge when they dont and spew that on others. Let's all be patient and see what the future brings....
Only one vehicle, actually. (I assume by the other two you mean the 1969 Moonhawk, which is different from the 1973-78 Moonhawk, and the 1994 Pessima, which is not the 1988-91 Pessima or the 1996-2000 Pessima. Note that nearly all of the vehicles on the list with years are ones that are different model years of vehicles that were actually planned and already in-game.) And the Hopper is clearly the exception, not the rule. At what point did I say something that sounded like inside knowledge? Everything that I said was common knowledge, or at least easily accessible. I am simply informing people who were not aware of it.
ON-T: I'd really be satisfied with a big new years update it would be an amazing way to start 2020, I'll say it again I bet it's a new supercar
To be honest, I'm not fully sure of the authenticity of that claim, but I did see this post a long time ago: We just got a big update.
They aren't going to release two "big" (by which I mean incremental: 0.17, 0.18, 0.19, etc.) updates in the same month.
This is a very long shot but.... What if.... For 2020 beamng gets a 0.20 update and career mode is also introduced for the first time? I highly doubt that tho.
Okay, so from what i see, the logo we see in the teaser looks NOTHING like any car logo in the game, so could it be a new brand or even a Soliad? (Not the wendover)
you need to chill --- Post updated --- not so sure it would be a soliad as there are two R's in an UNO reverse card shape
I'm looking for important scientists in the discovery and development of electricity whose names begin with R and wouldn't sound stupid as the name for a car; so far I can't find any. It's probably not a Tesla clone. The two R's obviously stand for Ronald Reagan. Clearly this means that in the laissez-faire spirit, it features very few electronic driver's aids and virtually no safety equipment.
IMO we don't really need another modern sporty electric car for a while as we already have the esbr that was added just a couple updates ago. It would be like adding another 60s land yacht after already getting the Bluebuck. As of now the devs should be working on cars that fill in slots that we don't have yet (which is why I'm hoping for either a supercar type vehicle or a crossover even though I'm not a large fan of either segment). The next electric vehicle we get should probably be a 2000s economy car if anything since those are still the most common ones you see roaming around and they are currently not represented in the game.
I don't think this will be similar to a car already in the game, possibly filling in the 2000-2008 year gap in official vehicles. Since it's a new brand, it's probably not Japanese or American since we already have multiple brands from those countries. I think it'll probably be German or Korean.
The SBR4 (not the eSBR) virtually created a segment all to itself - who's to say they won't do it again? BeamNG obviously needs realistic cars, but since it's a video game, it could also do with some unique ideas that you wouldn't likely find in the real world. Just for some extra variety
I wonder if we will ever get a Chevrolet Suburban like vehicle in this game? since we will be getting an official Bronco/Blazer esque vehicle soon. We did have a mod for it back in the day but that mod has been outdated for nearly 5 years now.
I'd love a full sized SUV on the '88-'94 D-Series frame. Could just make it a bigger version of the new unibody-on-frame D-Series SUV like how the Ford Centurion was basically a crew cab Bronco.
The devs are probably reading this thinking "what have we done" What would a LWB Roamer look like anyway? Like Synsol's fairly sensible Roamer XL mod or a full on Ford Excursion sized behemoth that's just an idiotic size?
