There's literally multiple in-game drift tunes for the 200BX, which the car is supposed to be an S-chassis knock-off, which although is a great car for any Motorsport, is primarily used for drift.

I know. My point is that its not the only or the best car to do that tho. If you experiment you will find many vehicles are easy to drift with.

I've drifted once in this game, it was on mount cootha with Schumacher's ae86. I tried again and again after that but I could never drift to the level I did that one time. Drifting in beam is hard even if you countersteer early (i use a G27 Logitech wheel)

Most default setups are terrible, because other than that drifting is pretty easy tbh. My buddy with limited sim experience (but a damn good driver IRL) could easily manage it. He bought a rig and the game now actually lol.

You can always cheat if RWD cars feel too challenging :p

I can drift in game with a controller, yet to do a decent drift with my g29. I've actually never been able to drift well with the 200BX drift car. Moonhawk and SBR4 on the procedurally generated test center tracks are my go to when I want to try.

I recommend following this guide from the wiki, as every wheel is different and my settings won't work as perfectly on yours even though it's the same wheel.
    https://wiki.beamng.com/Steering_wheel_setup#BeamnNG.drive:_Force_feedback_configuration

These can provide a good start though

Keep strength down further than you think, it's surprising how helpful that is.

    Holy moly.
I use 100% on overall strength and 650 strength in Beam and 110 smoothing. Any value lower just doesn't spin the wheel fast enough to drift.
I guess the TMX and T150 are the same so your settings surprised me. I'll be sure to check them out though.
Also, could you send a video of you drifting/driving with these settings on? I'm just curious whether the two wheels have different FFB hardware or not.

    Cheers!

I guess it's bc its an option that really makes a difference on FFB wheels, so maybe that's why, other players just don't need it.

What changes did you do to the car?
I think the Pessima is fwd by default.

using a steering wheel could help because when you get force feedback its pretty easy to know when the car is starting to slide
although drifting with a steering wheel is hard, you can get some practice with it and once you get the hang of it its pretty easy

"Drifting is damn near impossible" as it is in real life. This isn't CarX Drift Racing, there's actual skill involved here.
If you need a quick-and-dirty steering wheel, hmu I'll tell you how to build it.

I just wanna say that drifting with a controller is completely possible, you just need really good dexterity. This is the best I've been able to pull off. (I know its not a drift but a powerslide but that's what I want to do in this game.)
