How about a thread full of beautiful drives?
Just share the most stunning places you drove your car to. If you don't have a licence/car yet, you can still post the great roads you traveled with your friends or family.
Maybe some of the pictures could also inspire some of the future terrain creations.

This place is in south Germany by the Black forest and is known as "The deer jump". The smooth and empty roads combined with the beautiful scenery made me U-turn at the next posibility and drive back for a second ride.

Any hints on how to make these thumbnails so that I'm not forcing all you guys to load all these up by force?

 

If anyone makes a map with a road like this I'll love them forever. These old canyon cut roads and things dug into mountainsides are always nice. It even banks on the corners man!

 

this would be an interesting project for someone to do. I would say i would do it but i currently have little motivation to do anything(just lazy). i may try tommorow though, just to see how canyons would work

 

WOW that is one epic road, looks like it would make a nice rally stage. If I had the time I'd love to make a map like that.
