I wake up and walk outside. As i sit in my chair i suddenly see a black barstow, and 2 armoured men with guns. "Wait what? Why does thsi akways happen where i am?" I grab my gun and hide behind my etk. I spot the dented trunk. "Darn it, mustve been from the wrench i threw. Ill have to fix that later." I put the gun into the etk, trying to be as quiet as possible. I go back behind the etk, hopefully out of sight of the 2 men.
As we are jammed into the cramped backseat to the Barstow, I clip the tiny trackers onto our collars. They buzz once, confirming that Vic is connected. That's the last thing I remember. The hideout was an old, abandoned mineshaft converted into a somewhat livable bunker. The floor and ceiling had been replaced with concrete, and the walls were mainly still stone, albeit behind sheets of chicken wire. I'm sitting on a wooden kitchen chair in what appears to be a spare bedroom of some sort- a cot, two filing cabinets, and a small desk fill the room, which is about the size of three broom closets put together. A single light bulb is affixed to the ceiling, being controlled by an unusually long, gray pull-cord. I feel terrified for a second, but my mind flashes to attention and I realize why I'm here. I find my phone, which they neglected to take, and I see that Vic is still connected, and Brien is in a room somewhere behind me. My tracker buzzes with the signal for "Approaching the mine". I manage to untie myself from the chair I'm sitting in, and I notice a weapon resting atop the two filing cabinets. I swipe it, and as I approach a wall made of small rocks inside a box of chicken wire, I hear voices coming from the hall. They're drawing closer, so I hold my breath and press myself against the wall. Two men walk through the flimsy wood door, and they both gasp as they realize the chair is now empty. I wrestle a rock out of the wall and use it to knock the two men out cold. I snip off the pullcord from the light above me and use it to tie together the hands of the two men.
Utah Used car dealership - 10:35am I have a strange thing where I like to go to used car dealerships and see if there are good deals that I could either keep, or fix up and sell on. I would like to start a business in such things. My choices are some Pessimas in varying forms of decomposition, and a few old workhorses: Gavril D Series, H-Series etc. There's even a wentward. Not sure if I'll buy any of these - could be interesting
In a separate room, I wake up. I’m tied to a chair, and the back of my head hurts badly. The door to my cell opens, and a man steps in. Judging by his smashed in face, he seems to be the man I beat up back in Firwood. Without saying a word, he unties me and I unsteadily stand up. “You wanna fight me with my back turned?” He says. “Well now you can fight me fairly.” The man says as he punches me in the face, knocking me to the ground. After about five minutes of fighting, we’re both beat up badly, with blood all over our faces. With one final punch, I knock the man to the floor and he goes limp. Searching him, I find a pistol. Grabbing it, I kick out the door and look around wildly. The only man in the hall is @zestyfolfdude , who looks at me with surprise.
Well, I worked my ass off today and into tonight, and was able to finish the axles for the D25 in between customers. The gearing and lockers are done, as well as the reinforcement trusses and coilover and link brackets (for the front axle) are now welded onto the axle housings. The rear springs are permanent, rear shocks are semi permanent (but will probably end up staying there as long as they do what they're supposed to, but the front coilovers are just for mock-up, as I borrowed them off of a friend. I'm waiting the on driveshafts that I ordered today and the steering box, drag link, and tie rod assembly that I ordered earlier this week. Finally, the front control arms and trackbar all need to be pulled back off and finish-welded. But it's a roller now at least.

Major Update: I've decided to pursue a major project that will last for quite sometime. I plan on being the first person to ever put a 5.5L Gavril V8 motor inside of a Hopper, along with building a kickass off-roader. Obviously I'll be needing a Hopper to do this so I jumped onto BeamBook Marketplace and found a abandoned 1996 yellow Hopper, I'll be heading over there soon to pick it up and bring it back home to where I can work on it. I have a few ideas sketched out as to what I want to-do, but I'm mostly focused on building a tube chassis for the car as I've been wanting to do something crazy, eye catching, and safe since I will roll it more than a few times. TL;DR, I'm building a V8 powered tube chassis Hopper.
