Nah nah nah get a Pratt & Whitney Wasp or whatever it was called aircraft motor and stick it in there. 18 Cylinder radial engine with just past 2,000 horsepower. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_P-47_Thunderbolt
I own a mid trim Grand Cherokee and commented that the performance trim's engine actually gets better gas mileage. Hence I have an excuse to get big engine.
I went further. It's not just any engine, it's apparently the largest diesel engine in the world. Makes sense too since it's intended to power ships. https://altdriver.com/gearhead/worlds-biggest-diesel-engine-puts-out-109000-hp/
Yes. It doesn't really shock me. For a large ship, that's not going to be very much. Almost 110,000 hp should also be a shocker, but in a ship, it's a totally different story than a car.
Oh okay, Thanks for the information about the ship engine thing @Mullethead =) I'm sorry for not understanding that at first.
This depends on the design. On my 2014 Civic, I have buttons to control the radio on the steering wheel, so I don't even have to take my eyes off the road to change that. As for tuning the AC, reaching for the dial and turning it is quite easy, again without removing my eyes from the road. Not all infotainments are created equally.
