Images shown for reference on how particles sizes should vary and how particles should behave/scatter about the vehicle. It would be nice to see an option in the future or an addition to Change the amount of particles that come off vehicles during collisions, Similar to the Tiremarks amount option currently ingame. Just like how the little particles of glass and plastic come flying off it would be nice to see a system of particles that have different size varieties, and also have collision when hitting the ground. Collisions in the sense of the particles bounce off the ground rather than going through the ground, and despawn after some time. Maybe this is a suggestion that could wait for later on but its here. It'd bring a satisfying look for crashes and observing the aftermath and seeing scattered debris would be interesting.

Yes. Currently the game lacks enough debris and wrinkling of the body. It would be cool to have and wouldn't be hard at all to implement
That would be cool, but the reason the devs don't do this is because the game would turn into a lag fest every time you crash with more then 3 cars. Just how it works.

That's the main thing that always looked a little off to me. The car damage is amazing but the surroundings are very clean after a crash. Is there any chance that sort of thing can be modded in?
I've seen some mods with more particles but the particle themselves dissappear. Unfortunate, esp since the most modern cars produce the large spread of particles
Also did the devs ever address this, mention any plans regarding debris? Even just 2D sprites laying around would be really cool
