Those maps are Texas-based in theory more than in practice. The revamp for Derby Arenas got the level closer to its supposed setting, but there are no public roads, signage, or residential or commercial buildings to give it a sense of place. And you could just as easily replace the license plate design for the other four maps with a Norwegian one and say we've got four Scandinavian maps. Italy was in there, too. Plus the map reworks are probably taking up some of that labor.
Thanks for answering my question =) Lol Exactly, there are no road signs on Industrial Site, Small Island USA, Port, or Derby Arenas. Now, it does make sense that there are no road signs on Port and Derby Arenas, but I feel like Industrial Site and Small Island USA would benefit from road signs. Also, you make a good point about the license plate thing. Agreed, crazikyle sadly forgot to mention that map. Anyways, I have 2 questions for users that are on this thread right now. 1. What would you think of a Russian or any communist car/map in BeamNG.Drive? 2. What would you think of a traffic light prop that is somewhat similar to the street light prop?
That would be awesome! The Russian car industry is very diverse ranging from a cheap but reliable sedan (Moskvish) or a very tough utility vehicle (UAZ), and the list goes on. A Russian map would be also very fun, crappy roads, forest areas, maybe snow!
"tire pressure is low, prompt service required. oil level is low, prompt service is required. please fasten your seatbelt."
After watching bald and bankrupt. Russia map will be SWEEEET Miramar make it LHD. Make it more thick steel ( more strong ) A Smaller engine ( 1.1 1.3 ) Give it square headlights. New taillights Boom bang bingo a Lada type Dev made car for beam
I seriously doubt the Russians would have turned to an emergent manufacturer from Japan to kickstart a licensing plan to motorize the country... In real life, FIAT was chosen because it was an automotive giant... in a "friendly" country where the influence of the largest Communist Party in Western Europe was still so strong the Russians even renamed a city after its just deceased secretary.
I'm guessing he is talking about general vehicle structure... And miramar looks very much like something communists would do till like early 2000s minus all comfort, styling and chrome. And some crappy OHV engines.
Well, the Miramar looks like a copy of a generic european design, with some dubiously-styled personalization on top, like the quirky nose. Very japanese if you ask me...
Thanks for missing the whole point of the conversation, you might want to go back a few posts and find out what we were actually talking about... Plus, the Miramar looks much more akin to smaller cars like the Toyota Corona or the Isuzu Bellet, I honestly don't get this whole parallel with the Skyline the Miramar got going since its introduction....
Nah i saw that yet another person with a small brain thought the miramar looked like a commie sedan, when in fact it totally does not. It was just to add on your argument.
