    Greetings, everyone,

    I'm Leeloo and I'm the new Senior Community & Customer Support Manager. I'm super excited about joining the BeamNG team!

    @Nadeox1 is transitioning to a new role on the development team and he will still be available on the forums should you need him.

    Hi am curious on your experience tbh, new account makes it seem like you probably come from a background of doing moderation/community management full time so just curious on other projects you been with if any?

    Haha very funny but honestly, I dont think I could do a support role on the forums if I was offered the chance to do it, I would refuse, I dont have the right skill set for the job as for why, I like to be one of those old senior members who joined a year after the forum got going and be happy where I am, I dont require roles I do not deserve to be added to me, its too much of a headache

    Probably the most common of the ways - I enjoyed watching YouTube videos. I find the game quite complex and interesting and definitely still have a lot to explore! Loving it so far :oops:

    As for the role, a former colleague of mine is currently a producer at BeamNG (gamedev is a small world!), so when the role was published, I saw it on my feed and decided to apply.
    I'm originally Ukrainian, but have moved a fair bit, after spending 5 years in Iceland, I moved to Amsterdam, where I've been a happy resident for a little over two years now.
    Please don't expect radical changes as we are aiming for a slow and smooth transition. While volunteer mods is a common practice in the industry, it's not something we will be exploring in the near future.
    I'm slowly nearing a decade in the industry, primarily with AAA MMOs. I've started as a Community Developer with CCP Games (EVE Online, EVE Valkyrie, DUST514, Sparc), then moved on to the company currently known as MY.GAMES working as a Senior Social Media Manager (Armored Warfare, Skyforge, Revelation Online), then to PUBG Corp to work as a Social Media Manager for EMEA region (PUBG, and PUBG LITE), and finally I'm leaving my comfort zone to discover the world of indie development with BeamNG.
    I got the opportunity to come to BeamNG's HQ in Bremen for my onboarding, which is treating me well, minus the rain (so exactly the same as Amsterdam most of the year).

    No problem at all its always nice to hear from new staff members and to hear from them, always good to have a good Staff Roast every once in a while to see how everything is doing behind the scenes
