Sit rep on my Galaxie project, I have acquired mufflers.
Bought some prefab'd blast pipes that i'm going to hook on there, definitely not gonna have them poke out though because that's stupid and dumb.

 

People calling SUV's "trucks" aggravates me.
No, your X3 is not a truck.
Neither is your GL450, but that would make sense because it's fkin huge.

 

Those are crossover SUVs. I’d consider the 90s Suburban to be a truck.

 

i guess, it's bigger and more truck-like than say a Rav-4

 

I call my 1992 Suburban a truck, but it kind of is. Sorry, not sorry.

 

Not only is a Suburban body-on-frame, it’s on the same frame as the C/K/Silverado, which is a truck by definition. A RAV4 is a compact crossover SUV with a unibody construction and a close relationship to the Camry.

 

I honestly wouldn't/don't call a RAV4 an SUV. The word SUV implies offroad capability and utility, which most crossovers don't have.

There are several terms for it. The most common are CUV, Crossover, and Crossover SUV. So technically we’re all right.
