OK... Name: Jared Nelson Age: 24 Car: Grey 2015 Hirochi SBR4 RWD Base House: Garfield, Amber Road, 49 Occupation: Newbie Mechanic, Car Dealer --- Post updated --- *plans a trip to Firwood* It's a good idea to meet my relatives! I haven't seen them for 2 years since I moved to Garfield. *goes out of the house* *sees the SBR4 with bumper fallen off and damaged* Who did do this? I know the bumper was in great condition yesterday. So, when I slept, someone just remove the bumper to steal it? But why is it here?
I was planning to upgrade my Hirochi Start so the day has come. 25/02/2020 I ordered turbo and not much used 6-speed manual transmission with extra 1-day delivery. 26/02/2020 With my brother, dad help we installed all parts got all fluids to my car and it runs like a bee. *Thinks should I try to tune this car a bit?* Ya, my car is a special edition so it has all the safety things. I just need to change control unit. After some time: Special thanks to my friend for giving to me a new control unit for free. And we changed and now for it is done While I was driving to my friend I hit something after I drove to my friend I wanted to check out and I saw this I said: Oh, man! Why god why? Time to search for new wheels. I need to ask my dad if he has some wheels. And then I showed to my friend the new turbo
I woke up today to yet again more snowfall. I went outside to fire up my Hopper to let it warm up, then lit the wood stove in my house while it was running. I had to run to the shop after work today and met up with one of my friends who rents out the shop with me. We wanted to check on everything there due to the heavy snowfall and thick ice, which all seemed to be okay. We also drained the water out of his Burnside and replaced it with coolant to prevent damage from the water freezing with the cold temperatures. Thankfully, we had left the heat on at 40 degrees until now, so the water in the cooling system hadn't yet turned to ice and cause any damage. We turned off the lights, closed up the shop, and locked the doors before we left. At that point, the only logical thing to do was rip some donuts on the ice-covered parking lot. I made it home safe, narrowly avoiding hitting a truck that managed to slide through an intersection, though.
Ok special thanks for my dad to giving me new set of wheels! If you want to ask why free because I helped him a lot. It is all-terrain tires
I’ve been working for a while and I’ve been making good money. My grades are pretty good too. I’m considering moving to a garage and starting to build some cars at home.
Just hit 200k Km on my odometer (107,991 miles). The school opened. About my grades: they are good. Maybe someone will make car meet at East Coast USA (someone create a car meet at East Coast USA)
The winter weather here in Firwood is beginning to clear up and this week's forecast shows some warm weather. Looks like Spring may be coming early this year, which is fantastic news for me. Since I took good care of my Hopper throughout the winter and kept it clean of road salt, I want to tube it out and build a crawler out of it. The sad part of this deal is that my D25, my first ever vehicle, will be sort of obsolete, however it will be nice to have a really reliable and capable rig again. (Do we want to agree to switch back to the standard ECA map within the next few days or so?)
I bought a new house with a loan and and a lot of interest. I also bought a project car, a Bolide. I already fixed up the suspension, but the engine still needs some work. I'll probably sell or trade in the 200bx when it is finished.
(Sorry for the inconvenience, I hate evicting people lol.) With the majority of the snow melted here in Firwood and the weather climbing towards 40-degree temperatures, I began my search for a donor vehicle for the V8 swap on my Hopper project. No more than a half hour into my search on Gabeslist, I had found the perfect victim for my project: an already partially parted-out D15 with a running 4.5L V8. I immediately ran out to the seller's house after work and was able to acquire this new unit for $800. Me and a friend pulled it back to the shop with a tow strap behind my Hopper. I immediately pulled it into the garage and onto a lift and proceeded to pull the engine, trans, and transfercase out. I wont be needing anything but the engine so the rest will sit with the truck, since I sort of want to put a beater engine back into it eventually and drive it how it is. That was enough work for me today. I hoisted up the engine, detached it from the transmission bell housing, and set it on some dollies so I could easily roll it around the garage before heading home.
Today I was a little having fun with my car! That was a dumb idea. I took it for offroading and it did go "well" Now the bad thing: I damaged intercooler, my bumper fell off. But the good thing is that I made all the way, the radiator is good. I was thinking of trading this to another car but first, before that, I need to change intercooler. And I made home alive *Later* I checked the intercooler and I was lucky because there was no leak from it So I put the bumper back on
I started right away on the Hopper crawler project after work today. I pulled it into the shop and yanked apart the whole front clip as well as the engine, trans, and T-case. With the sunset approaching, I bummed a ride off of one of my friends at the shop in order to get back home. My D25 will be standing in as my new daily driver for the time being, since my Hopper is torn down.
My brother owns a business he sells a lot of things and he today asked for help he needed to transport a trailer with a load on it to his main building. Well I got 50 dollars from him
