Lag spike problem in high spec pc

    HI,
    i have a pc with this spec:
    intel i7-7700hq 2.8Ghz
    16GB ram
    2TB HDD + 256 SSD
    Nvidia Gforce 1050TI 4GB.

    so my problem is in every 10-30 second,there is a lag spike, my pc temp is normal, my cpu, ram, is in normal codition, except gpu, always at 96% while running beamng, but in other game is normal, no lag, except on this game, maybe someone have a solution?

    I have this exact same problem, beam will be going fine and then randomly there will be a 10 second lag spike
