This is a very good map!! I love the update, Hilarious as my traffic for some reason suddenly trips on the forest shadows randomly and then they get cut in half and go up in flames! Really fun to play this way...

No wonder if people get lost. "You are here", Primo you old prankster...

Collection of alt-o pics from along the road. Mostly just floating stuff and missing textures. Open only when you have absolutely nothing else to do.
    no material
floating windmill, also the one on the left
    clipping fence in Bolford
flying rock and a few plants
a few houses off the ground
    flying lamp posts, uneven ground
dangerous railing, no textures, spiky terrain
    flying trees, 4 maybe more
    the loneliest pole
flickering road surface in TGTT Bacharach-Gambon area
distorted road decals like this in many places

    no textures
    race track no textures

beginnings of the stream and some banks burst tires
    cliff off the ground
    line marked banks
massive framerate drop here every time, from about 50 to below 20 fps for no apparent reason.
Glow-in-the-dark roads everywhere. Can't remember if they were like this before the lighting overhaul.

Not trying to nitpick over every smallest detail, just a habit to stop and check when something is off.

Thanks. Some of those "missing textures" are there from the begining. I always forget to fix them... I will try to remember about them with next update. I also noticed that I broke fog draw distance when I was fixing sky and fog color...

Well, after like 15 tries, here she is, boys. Grand Marshall Roadsport completing the hell challenge. Bone stock 5.5 with the stage one supercharger. Didn't change a thing, and it ran like a champ. I definitely recommend this car for the long time trial because it's fast, doesn't overheat, and fuel consumption isn't too much of a worry. Another bonus is it's body on frame construction, which helps when dealing with some holes in the road, along with inevitable jumps and bumps. Though it's rear end is quite rowdy on the low end, once you get above 50 it just cruises. The auto transmission is also nice, not having to worry about shifting is nice when you're doing an 82km race. I'm sure you could take off 5-10 minutes using the K-series trackday, but you also have to worry about fuel, and ground clearance, as the roads are most definitely not forgiving. upload_2020-3-23_4-31-42.png

I've decided to try this as well. One question: was it made infuriating to navigate on purpose?
This spot was really confusing first time in particular

    upload_2020-3-24_0-26-55.png

I respawned a bunch of times when completely overshooting a corner, since there was no clear indication of a turn. Useless UI navigator either shows nothing, or 15 meters in front of you, which you would be able to see anyway.
Covered about half of distance in borked car because it was still kinda drivable

I saw your posts about this long time trial and I decided to play it myself. After a few fatal accidents early on I finally caught a rhythm and got far into the trial. I got 39 minutes in and got a message on facebook so I paused and alt tabbed out of the game. And it crashed. I am sad.

So... I did it as well.... dont ask how many totalled cars it took me though... :p

Slightly higher distance due to closely avoiding an "this way" barrier (needed much more braking distance) and also for not understanding the dirt track oval checkpoints at first. Not to mention that the first time over the highway is indeed confusing.

Not particulary fast, but then I limited my topspeed to a somewhat modest 120 km/h at the later stages of the road since I dont know it as well as the earlier parts and driving slower but not totalling the car is more efficient in terms of real life time used. Also far less frustrating. :p

I used the 2nd Generation Kashira in a custom electric rear motor 207 HP configuration with Hirochi Lightning wheels and street suspension setup + front bumper and wing (to compensate the weight distribution issues of the rear motor electric Kashira). It has a mass of 1666kg and manages the following acceleration and braking values:

    0 - 50 km/h: 4,859 seconds
    0 - 100 km/h: 9,932 seconds
    0 - 120 km/h: 12,276 seconds
    0 - 150 km/h: 17,119 seconds
    0 - 160 km/h: 19,221 seconds
    0 - 200 km/h: 55,894 seconds

From a standstill, it feels a bit slow but once it is moving it maintains a steady pleasant acceleration that is getting somewhat weaker at higher speeds. Above 170 km/h acceleration gets notable weaker and getting up to 200 km/h takes a while and needs more than 2.4 km of distance from a standstill. It doesnt go much faster either, topping out at an airspeed of 202 km/h with the speedometer barely touching the 200 km/h and the motor reving at 11750 RPM.

    Braking Distances:
    50 - 0 km/h: 10,69m
    100 - 0 km/h: 42,97m
    150 - 0 km/h: 96,19m
    200 - 0 km/h: 169,30m

Its mass and weight distribution make it perform only average in braking even with Sport Brakes and good wheels.

Somebody left an easter egg

Is that just google translate being google translate or is this an attempt to be funny in polish? Because I am not quite sure that the relative mundane workings of a car repair shop are often brought in connection to virtuosity... at least not in language.

    A virtuoso map certainly. :)

And wait...is that a real webpage?

Thank you again for this great map. :)

I'm from Poland and I can safely tell you that the quote put through Google was translated more or less correctly. It's just that the virtuosity is incredibly sarcastic in this example, because stereotype is that the repair shops do a horrible job. Or at least I interpret it that way.

anyone know how to fix this? i load into the map on the default spawn and the ground does not seem to load? any other place on the map just spawns me into the water. i've tried clearing cache and deleting the "mymap" folder from the documents, any suggestions?

Today's update probably broke the map, wait for the mod creator to respond with a fix.

Yes, redish-orange trees there. And seems other textures broken. But roads and ground in place.

Hope they fix the trees, this is the best map for all round testing imo.
