I got to sit in a Rolls Royce once. It isn't really focused on tech. To truly understand them you need to at least sit in one. The seats were extremely comfortable, the carpet is soft, and when you close the doors you can't hear anything that isn't inside the cabin. Everything is very well built and uses good materials. Nothing rattles, shakes, or moves. The doors feel very heavy and secure. Its a nice place to be if you want to be transported without travelling. Its not the type of car that I like or would ever own, but I appreciate the craftsmanship.

Honestly, I think Rolls Royces are cool looking. Thanks for the information you gave about them =)

Hey @Harkin Labs Gaming, Here are 2 questions for you.

    1. Is there a car out there that you dislike?
    2. What do you think of Ladas in general?

    1. I don't like cars that are harder to work on and/or difficult to find parts for. Subarus for example are the worst at this, and are virtually impossible to work on. I will probably never own another non-domestic car as a daily because the parts availability is lower than with a GM or Chrysler.
    2. I have never seen a Lada before, so I can't really have much of an opinion. From what I have heard though is that they had a long production run without many major changes, so they should be super easy to find cheap parts for in Russia. I wouldn't ever own one here unless it is a side project.

Don't understand the Subaru thing when so many folk have the exact opposite experience. There isn't a single part I couldnt get my hands on at a good price, and nothing particularly awkward besides head gasket/spark plugs. Bonus points to the way that you don't even need parts specific to the vehicle you're working on, they're all standardised fitment between Subaru's of different models and even generations. Gt86/brz brakes even bolt onto a bugeye Impreza. Late EJ automatic accessory belt tensioners are a direct bolt on for early EJs with manual tensioners. The only parts not still in production are body panels.

Have to live in the middle of nowhere to be unable to get parts. The only one I struggled to get was an O2 sensor simply because packages went missing and not because they aren't available

Well, things are different here in Florida when compared to the UK and Europe. Parts are almost twice as expensive here as parts for my Buick Regal, and finding used parts is next to impossible. Maybe if I lived up north where it snows I would be able to find parts, but that is not the case. Another problem with Japanese cars in general is that they have very high percieved reliability here so people don't take care of their cars and they are typically driven by young people. My Buick only has 97,000 miles, 1 elderly previous owner, full service history, and even has the window sticker and dealer brochures. My car sat for a few years, which caused a bunch of problems with the coolant, oil, and gaskets, so I unfortunately need to replace the headgasket. The gasket kit was only about $100.

Thats a thing ive seen alot too most of the unreliable cars are unreliable because people treat them like Subis or Toyotas wich most alfas or something like that arent able to do but treat them right and they work just as well

From what I've seen, the Bronco Sport might be revealed in the upcoming NYIAS. As for the main Bronco, likely in a Ford-exclusive premiering alike to some of their other newer vehicles like the 6th gen Explorer.

And that has been postponed until August due to COVID-19.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if COVID-19 causing auto shows to be postponed could be a reason why we're getting these images of both the main Bronco and the Bronco Sport. I read that Ford was planning on revealing the Bronco sometime this month, but I'm not sure about that now.

Subarus imo can't take as much abuse as most Toyotas, some GMs, a few Chryslers, and some older Fords can in my experience.

They'll probably just release photos somewhere around the time that they originally were going to display their cars, as much the same case for the cancellation of this year's Geneva. As for properly revealing the vehicles, may be unlikely as a whole until COVID-19 starts to shimmer down when they finally produce a vaccine for it.

I'll remember that and if I ever get COVID-19 I'll be sure to find a way to post here anyway, even with my phone. Not like I'd have anything better to do while my immune system was fighting that crap off.

Obligatory not in the medical field.

80% of cases are "mild", described as "flu-like symptoms". Not to downplay the flu, but... Most of the forum members are younger (under 50) and I assume lacking relevant pre-existing conditions (I'm just assuming most of us are generally healthy). I highly doubt if any of us get it we will be crippled to the point of not being able to use a phone/computer... I heard somewhere that a good percent of people's symptoms are so mild they don't even think anything of it. Which just makes it easier to transmit to those who are vunerable...

Stay safe and hygenic and all, but don't assume you'll be bed ridden for two weeks either.

    So, ummm.... OT something here...

    Wagons are cool.
