Do as follows.
From the Launcher:

• go to Support Tools
• go to Support
• wait for the launcher to hash the game files, should take a minute or so.
• press ALREADY IN CONTACT
  
  
• press SUBMIT INFORMATION
  
  
• wait patiently, this depends on your PC and your connection
• copy here the code you receive
  

 

Your Video Card is an Intel HD Graphics 4400.
Please note that this video card, as well Intel Integrated Graphics in general, are below the minimum requirements of the game.

Second, there are currently issues with some of these video card models, which seems to be related to problems in the Intel video drivers.
We are already in touch with Intel (as they probably have to release fixed drivers). It can take a while to wait for them though.

 

Have you already tried a Clean Install as explained here?

If yes, then I guess not much, until Intel get back to us.
