Basically i'm making door handleless doors for a stock car grand marshal however i'm stuck on trying to get the colors to not look like this

I'm still using the materials.cs type file things, somebody on discord said to switch to the .json file but it broke the entire thing and i don't feel like screwing with it to get it to work only for it to do this again

UPDATE: I decided to take a look at the vanilla materials file and the stage 2 for color maps was null so i changed it and it fixed it however it seems a bit sharp upload_2020-3-27_0-31-8.png
I hope you can see what i mean but the color is way more vibrant if thats the right way to put it how owuld i make it look more like the rest of the body

Did you create your own material and/or texture for this?
Or are using the original ones?

Then you need to make sure those are set the same way as the original ones.
I think you may be missing the alpha channel on your texture, which is why your part looks so matte (it's not getting reflections, from the first stage)

I changed, alphaTest to 1 and alphaRef to 1, individually with one of the 2 being 1 and the other being 0 it didn't make a difference but with them both 1 the trim was like transparent blue, it was kind of odd but what should i do upload_2020-3-27_14-24-15.png
