DirectX 9 Error

So I've started up BeamNg and it gave this error that the input with not be detected and that is true. It says that I need to reinstall DirectX 9, But when I try to do that, It says that I need Windows XP (I have Win 10), so how do I fix this

This is a random issue, not related to DirectX itself.

Please check the Steam Controller settings instead, they could trigger that:
