More or less they lock the old thread/make a new one/release the update around the same time, all within an hour or so I guess.

Yup, and they post "The final countdown" here.

 

Reference the 0.17 Discussion thread. Note that it's locked and unique from the one for 0.18. They do that for each major update.

I don't remember anyone doing that for 0.17/0.18

 

It's because tdev is inactive on the forum since October . It's always tdev's privilege to post the final countdown but I don't think we will have one for this update too (sadly).

im still confused as to what "cherrier vivace s 410 arsenic" means

 

Im pretty sure it is the trim level, like 99% sure

alright, i have a theory: the car is the cherrier vivace, the trim is the "s 410" and the "arsenic" might be a black color, like in the teaser video

 

Maybe "410" could refer to its engine size? I think that "arsenic" might refer to a paint color.

 

Maybe the horsepower. With 410 hp it would be a supersport version like a rs4 or something like that. Definitely not the engine size, 4.1 liter is too big for a new european car.
Arsenic can either be the name of the colour, a nickname to the trim or a reference to a possible skin like we can see on the sport vivace from the wallpapers

 

My guess is that in the same way that BMW names its vehicles, where the numbers basically don't mean anything
