I apologize, but the skins all worked later (I think the reason was because of my outdated build of other mods). Thank you very much for your mod!
To varying extents. The Grand Marshal and Moonhawk only work because they're separate from the vehicles they're based on, which means they're missing all of the features added since (universal wheels, mesh tweaks, new engines and engine sounds, etc.) The Covet and van addons only work with the Legacy Pack, and even then only parts of the van addon still work. The old-style parts don't line up with the body anymore and all the added bodies break the rear suspension.
I tried the extended van but I think the rear wheels get caught in the body work itself when compressed. Sadly the extended van did not work for me, it was my favorite mod!
hey AR162B ive really been enjoying the hell out of this mod, but i dont have a tailgate binding for the d-series for some reason so i cant use the rollback, wedgeback and other features.. I went into key bindings and it literally doesnt exist for the pickup on my game. Any ideas?
I tested it and this mod doesn't overwrite the tailgate binding, so it's likely another mod you have installed.
I’m not the creator. Although an RV upfit is a good idea, possibly the ones that sit in the bed of the truck.
Well unfortunately this mod didn't make it through the .19 update unscathed. The front twin I beam self destructs on spawn, the longer frame trucks have no rear driveshaft and on the D35 duallys the rear wheels/tires are the 8 lug spoke off road singles. Other than that, I can't seem to find anything else.
The latest beamNG version moved the beams between the hubs and wheels from the suspension jbeams to the wheel hubs jbeams. My suspension jbeams are custom, but the hub jbeam are original. So now those beams are duplicated, causing too much stress to the nodes, which causing them to break. ---- I'm finalizing an update which is compatible with BeamNG v0.19, hopefully I'm able to release it upcoming week. I've added some small parts and I've tuned the twin beams suspensions (both the regular and the racing) again. Changed the geometry a bit and added caster tuning. The steering angle isn't affected by the ride height that much anymore and the added caster makes it drives better. The driveshaft slots are moved to the chassis jbeam from the rear suspension jbeams, that's just a config update Best thing is that the dash is made a separate part ---- To all mentioning new ideas and my old mods; I'm short on time. I've a 40+ hours workweek, car and home improvements, social life etc. I really like to update my old mods but It will require a near full time job keeping those up-to-date. It is all voluntary, there is no financial reward neither is this something to put on my CV. I do like building stuff and making people happy with my mods but there's only so much I can do.
I dont think i´m alone in saying that I really appreciate all the work you have done for this game and this community. Thank you!
I second the feeling of appreciation. I'd lose my mind if it weren't for this game and all the really good mods, including of course this one! Being locked in my house thanks to this damned virus scare is no fun. I'd actually rather be at work.
Thanks for tip.. ETK i4d_engine/exhaust sounds better.. I6d_2_engine with 4 cylinder count sound great too
