There wouldn't be a thread for it if it was private. it will be released when @Risky feels its ready.
I don't think it could happen in nearest future, maybe in a year (really optimistic) or longer... Mod creator has his own life to live, family, house, etc. There are more important things than a mod for a game. Just wait patiently. [EDIT] Welcome to the forums!
Alright, so after trying to get everything to work correctly again, I found out that the JBeam is extremely outdated. I can't get the sound to work properly. The sound won't change when changing to a different exhaust or even without any exhaust at all. Due to several problems I also experienced with the suspension which I can't be able to fix, the current JBeam doesn't seem like a very good option anymore. With every update and JBeam adjustment, the body starts acting weird. The doors won't close fully anymore etc etc.... This said, I really have tried lots of things and spent A LOT of time to get everything working. And I failed! Next step is to check if I really scratch build a JBeam (probably not, as that is WAAAAY out of my leage), or start with a different JBeam as a starting point. The new Vivace seems like a very good option, as it is already a 5-door car with the latest JBeam available. So to the people who say or ask if this thread is dead? ----- NO. It's NOT dead. Lots of time is spent on learning and setting up JBeam stuff. Also I'd like to learn the proper way of texturing a car, instead of only using materials (colours).
my dude, I know you're new to the forums, but please stop asking mod creators,"wen relez". The mod is clearly not available to the public, and is in development. Just be patient.
WIP = Work in Progress. Why the f**k would there be a download link? You would see WIP released if the public could download it.
I know, but there's a thing called LOOKING AT PRIOR POSTS. Maybe it'd be a smart idea to see what was going on in development to ask a question that could've been answered by basic scrolling and clicking.

Dude, no need to bite their head off. Just on this thread alone there is a metric crap ton of "Bambi" accounts, so there is going to be a lot of "when is it gonna be released?" questions.
