1997-2003 Gavril D-15


The D-15 is a full size pickup truck manufactured by Gavril from 1997 to 2003. The truck has 3 motor options and 2 transmission options, as well as some trim packages. The D-15 is based off the 1997-2003 Ford F-150.

It was also paired with a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. The truck went from 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. The truck came with a limited slip diff, engine super cooling system, heavy duty battery, unique front fascia with integrated fog lights, unique upper and lower grilles, unique front lower air deflector, unique cab rocker and lower box moldings, unique wheels and tires, 4 wheel ABS, 4 wheel disc brakes, and heavy duty front and rear shock absorbers.

1990 - 1997 L&B Grand Mortician ( Based off the 1993 Buick Roadmaster and 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearses )

One way or another, we're all going to end up in a Grand Mortician, but right now we're lucky enough to pick where we choose to be in this piece of art on wheels. The Grand Mortician is a Gavril Grand Marshall V8 Luxe that's been sent to the coach builders L&B, cut in half, and then had it's front end welded to a hearse body. Care to take a trip to the other side in style?

Trims:

Standard: The Standard Grand Mortician is powered by a tuned 5.5L V8 that makes 265hp coupled to a 4 speed automatic transmission and comes with everything a Hearse needs to be functional and luxurious, such as leather seats, wood trim, opera lights, a landau top, and plenty of space in the back to fit any size casket/coffin you have.

Custom: The Custom Mortician was built to win trophies at car shows and be a blast to drive. It has the same engine and transmission as the standard model, but it does have some visual changes. Those changes consist of Purple flame decals, a purple and black interior, side pipes, chrome Alder Powr-Push wheels, purple tinted headlights, and a "Inferno Maker" Flamethrower Exhaust kit.

Drift: You'd have to be one strange individual to look at a Hearse and think "I wonder if I can make this a street legal drift car?". In short, the answer is yes! Powered by a 850hp Twin Turbo 5.5L V8 coupled to a 5 speed manual transmission. It also comes with a limited slip differential, racing suspension, racing brakes, racing sway bars, drift tires, Clockwise 533 wheels, quick-ratio steering, racing bucket seats, a stripped interior, a full roll cage, a nomi racing wheel, and very strange looks from everyone within eyesight of your car.

Vamp: The Vamp is a Grand Mortician modified to make it's owner feel like every day is Halloween while on the drag strip. It is powered by a Stage 3 Supercharged 5.5L V8 that makes 1500hp coupled to a 4 speed automatic drag racing transmission. The Vamp also has racing mechanical components, semi slick tires, Alder Powr-Push wheels, a straight pipe exhaust, cobweb decals, a chrome ghost hood ornament, racing bucket seats, a nomi racing wheel with a jack-o-lantern sticker on the horn button, a cobweb grille, and a custom horn that sounds like a Organ... the instrument of course, not actual organs.

Reaper: The Reaper is a Grand Mortician that's only had some small and simple modifications made, such as a stripped interior, racing bucket seats, a removed rear door, and a giant jet turbine engine thrown in the back of this 300+mph death trap. You know, simple stuff that totally allows this car to remain street legal. Have fun!

1973-1981 Gavril Bluebuck

This was one of the last years for the bluebuck. The classic Gavril line of the 50s and 60s (D series, R series, H series, T series, U series, Barstow, Bluebuck, Rapid, Blackstone) was quickly being changed. The midsized Blackstone that competed with the Hunter was Renamed the Marshal, which was its previous premium trim. The barstow was downsized onto the Rapid platform, and renamed the Roadsport Aerocoupe/Roadster. The Roadsport package was discontinued on all cars but the bluebuck. The Marshal got a front wheel drive brother called the Squire, and was discontinued in 1983. In 1979, the Bluebuck almost got replaced from a "New Age" sedan called the Grand Marshal.
