You make a fair point. Stopping a virus is far more important then seeing car shows. By the way, I'm not trying to sound like Shotgun Chuck or MrAnnoyingDude, but what if we do quarantine and wear masks for 4 years and it doesn't stop the virus. What are we gonna do then?
Do you really think gloves will help?
    Or stay home.

I agree with EVERY SINGLE of your points.

Like for fucks sake why are people so ignorant!? Going to a car show and putting their own lives at risk? Saying that people need to chill out, when thousands of people die each day?
    What is wrong with y'al!?

Yes, because without gloves you may infect a surface that multiple other people may touch without knowing the consequences that they will suffer if they don't wash their hands. Also, it's just better for being safe.

    Unless you stay home, maybe.
    Well, that's a fair point.

By the way, I'm not gonna put a car show over my physical health. I would much rather put brutal death metal over my mental health.

I think, but I could be wrong. I understand why he doesn't want to wear masks. I don't care for the look of masks either. I'll only wear them if I absolutely have to. However, I would much rather wear a mask then die.

By the way, here's a Slayer song that sums up my thoughts on why I think COVID-19 happened.

I agree, it's better then wearing a mask. Besides, it's undoing climate change from what I've heard. I don't think a mask will do that. I'm not putting down masks though.

Just keep doing it. Most likely it will not even be the fault of the quarantine and masks to begin with. If wearing masks does fail, well, we could always level up and start wearing gas masks and other protective clothing instead. Bring out those Fallout and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. vibes.

Actually, I think a gas mask would look cooler then a regular mask.

That's a good point, although I think my old speculation thread posts are really bad.

I cannot even put into words how incredibly frustrating it is to see people resisting things like social distancing guidelines. How immature, selfish, and quite frankly, idiotic, do you have to be to not realize that your actions impact others? I have to go to the grocery store just like you, and you being stupid could get me or somebody I love killed. COVID-19 is a real, legitimate, serious threat, and these things are meant to keep you and your community safe. The economy is bad? Yeah, it is. Is it smart to just reopen the nation? No, it's not. People aren't spending much money now and aren't getting out to shop, and if you lift that, okay, but nobody's going to be shopping if they're dead or afraid of getting a potentially deadly virus.

End of rant, just very frustrating. This is hard on all of us.

I agree. COVID-19 is very serious. Like I said, I'm not gonna put a car show over my physical health.

By the way, is anyone else worried that COVID-19 will last forever?

I'm not, to be completely fair. I actually do believe that by next year, we should already have vaccines being sent out and most of the cataclysm will be done and over with. It will still lurk around, but like the Black Death it won't be as effective anymore once the outbreak dies to a comfortable stage. But for now, we're going to have to wait it out like everyone else.

People like Nathan are the reason the US has it so bad. It's an incredibly dangerous way of thinking.

Where I'm from (Australia) people have been respecting social distancing, staying home etc. and now the coronavirus is almost gone completely.

At this current rate, within 2 months our lives will be almost back to normal.

The US on the other hand....

    I agree.
People need to start being more aware of the current situation and respect the measures that the goverment has taken to stop the spreading of the virus.
