Re: General discussion chat so, since it was dead anyway, i decided to open up my old wifi adapter, see if i could hopefully fix it, turns out, everything on the wifi side of things is fine, connection to the usb part thingy however, not so good, 2 of the connections were no longer connected, and i don't have a way to solder it back on, so it shall stay dead, here's a picture if anyone is curious: and a slightly more blurry image: as you can see, 2 of the connections to the usb thingamajig (no idea what the exact name is) are disconnected, and need re-soldered on (i assume anyway, i have no idea if it's a solder or not) ill just end up buying a new adapter, far cheaper than buying a solder kit that i'll use once
Re: General discussion chat Idk why I didn't post about this last night, but we finally got the engine out of the Firebird. It's been 2 years since we started this project. It took us that long. And we managed to only to screw up 2 things when we were yanking the engine out; pulled some wires off the starter and bent a rod in the clutch assembly. Oh and this one's got the 400 in it.

Re: General discussion chat I haven't used my Twitter in a while for a couple of reasons; 1) People who think that others genuinely want pictures of what their eating for dinner. 2) People like Melody Hensley claiming they got PTSD from Twitter.
Re: General discussion chat I only use twitter to share the occasional racist joke or something along those lines, so idk what to tell you, - - - Updated - - - It's a shame this things been outa commission since before I was really old enough to drive it. This'll probably be the car I learn to drive stick on. Well I already know how...but I've never done it. I have a dirtbike though so I know the principal. Ah, whatever. And apparently my phone decided it'd rather focus on the wheel than the engine. Oh well. We do have a mustang that I have driven before. It's an auto , but you can lock it in 1st or second to kinda simulate a manual.

Re: General discussion chat Once I finish all my exams in 2 weeks I will start a new map that shouldn't take me more than 1 week to finish. It's an experiment and I want to see if it works before I make a bigger map like that. It will be a road with obstacles that will block the whole width of the road, but one half of the obstacle will have no collision, so you will have to go as fast as you can to make the best time possible but at the same time thinking which side of the road is the correct one for every obstacle.
