    Take tree model
    Import in Blender
    Cool model very nice
    close Blender cuz it's useless
do a jbeam for da tree
    mess around with code
    reconsider life choices
rinse and repeat until it works

Just make a tree vehicle. Watch some tutorials online on how to make basic models, jBeams, modding in general.
Go look in the Wiki (although it's a bit deprecated, it still is a great source of information), mess around with stuff and one day you'll have a jBeamed tree that will act kind of like the lamp post prop.

Use the blender jbeam exporter. For a prop it should be good enough. It can be downloaded from the wiki in the vehicle tutorial page. But you will still need to do some messing with the text documents.
