I kinda have to agree with him. I don't want to come across as rude (Lord knows there's more than enough of that going around these days as-is), but it is an odd choice for conversation on a public forum. What if someone asks a question to three specific people, but there's someone they didn't include that would like to talk about that topic? If they're shy they may swallow their interest so as to not appear weird or nosy. What if one of the people that they specifically asked doesn't want to talk, or would like to talk but doesn't have the time? They may feel pressured to respond when asked to by name. It's not a serious issue all things considered, but the practice is strangely exclusive for the setting. @Grind86 Yeah, that update was pretty messy. Check the overview post for the map, there should be instructions on fixing the missing textures (red text).

Anyways, this is for you @appesh1. appesh1: Take a look around you and you can see that people without degrees are not starting businesses. You can also go to college for a business degree. Improvement Pill: That's not true. So many people that dropped of college are starting their own business. Starting your business (especially without a degree) is the best way to survive in this day and age. appesh1: College is to educate people in a field they choose, and you can choose business to EDUCATE yourself. Also, some people do tend to think that people with degrees are better than otherwise (its a very bad mentality but people think that) so it kinda does matter if you want to have a higher employment rate. Improvement Pill: The data only applies to 25 and over. It doesn't apply to recent college graduates. appesh1: You need a degree for sales, especially if it's a major company. Improvement Pill: Not if you want to start your own business. appesh1: How much followers you have on social media does NOT matter when you are going into a job. This amount of ignorance is making me lose braincells. Improvement Pill: It does matter in digital marketing. For example, Jake Paul could work for an electrical engineering company (even if he had no experience) because's he's popular on social media. If Grind86 got 60 million followers on social media. He could work in Civil Engineering with just a high school diploma, because he's so popular. Also, I'm not ignorant. appesh1: Let's get this straight. The boss will actually be forced to take in B, because A would be lieing and the manager would know it. Maybe consider the idea of going back to school and learn how to be a governor. Who cares if higher ed is good or bad for 63% of the population?
