Sketchy BeamNG ad[REPOST]

Exactly. Another thing about YT is that it is full of bots and they don't do anything to stop them. If you look at the comments on any PewDiePie video, they are everywhere.

Yeah, I know. Youtube has some pretty weird ads. The platform's going down the tube.

 

I think ads are also based on what you watch. I watch a lot of minecraft videos, and get a bunch of "gEt mInEcRaFt FoR fReE oMg!!!1!" ads

 

I couldn't give 2 and a half about Fortnite and I barely look a stuff about it (If anything I make sure it doesn't come up on my feed) but I'm always seeing "gEt FrEE sKInS 2020 nOT A sCaM"

 

Same for me but I get Roblox ones. The most recent one I've seen was "jOiN nOw AnD gEt 8o0 fREe RobUx". I've never watched Roblox videos.

 

I hate piracy as much as the next guy/gal, but this seems a bit dramatic, no? It's 2020, you can get a pirated copy of anything if you really want to nowadays, and sketchy ads are everywhere.

 

It was one thing with the mobile game called “Beamng.drive” but this is simply a pirated game. I doubt the devs can do literally anything effective about it.

Everyone, I get that it is “a big deal for nothing” but if it just alerts one of the moderators and just lets them know what this is(if they are oblivious). In my mind, the devs deserve the money they get from the game, as it is very impressive and worth every penny, and the devs deserve each penny. I find that pirated BeamNG is very wrong(especially when repacked with malware) and that beam “for free” is just wrong in every right. The people who say this is an overreaction may not know that pirating is illegal, or maybe you do i don’t know.

I think everyone just needs to know that BeamNG is NOT capable of running on mobile specs.

It isn’t a mobile phone would just lag the game to the point of it being unplayable. Or were you talking about laptops.

 

No, absolutely not. There are people who earn their living from the platform and there's people who watch the platform such as me. Phym was saying that website (or whoever made the ad) needs to be taken down and he makes a good point.
