Off of imagination, they seem to have outfits that look professionally made, maybe issued by a government agency? They are probably aiming at a criminal.

If you mean embedding, then just click the film icon and then paste a video URL.

 

It should do that by default. Could be a temporary glitch, so try opening another beam tab and see if it works.
