Back on topic: Started the texturing today. I have to figure out how to do chrome textures without the ingame material editor. I guess there is a way using the specular map? Any ideas? Edit: Any thoughts so far? All chrome textures are just a placeholder for now.
Nice. I think it hasn't been made yet. Well, if you know how to use it, Android is a lot more powerful, while Apple is just overpriced. It's easy to use, but it's incredibly restrictive and programming for Apple devices is a pain in the arse (I'd rather take Windows Phone). And Android is really easy to use as well. So, Android all the way. Also if your iphone breaks it will cost a lot of money to fix/replace, and they're a lot more fragile than most Android devices. And you can't pirate apps in ios Who the hell pays for a phone app
Could we have less BS discussion and more development post in this thread. It's just annoying seeing a thread derailing because of this. Same applies for the screenshots thread..
Yeah I have no progress to post, as I said I don't want to spam my 'vette until the bodywork is finished.
Booted up this project once again. Added some details that make it pop IMO. Coming along nicely . Next up I have to clean up the mesh because it looks funky when you shade smooth. You can see the overhang is flat.
I don't really understand that tire rack/holder.... Looks a little odd to me. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
Mine has a rack with a bar in the middle to hold it up. I didn't know you were using this off yours. Are you in the USA?
I'm not using mine for everything, just the rack. I'll probably change it later. And yes I'm in the US.
Oh okay. Reason I ask was maybe their different in other countries. But looks great btw. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
I don't really see many like that. It was probably like that on the older models, because ours is pretty old. - - - Updated - - - Is this better?
more work on my lamb, should these mounting points, (suspension), is it worth making them have thickness or not?
Yeah, but I don't really see how that will hold a tire. It's just wedged between the siding and the rack, maybe you should add a bar going through the middle of the wheel for additional support. Looks a lot like my bike rack on my rv.
that was exactly what I was thinking, pretty bloody obvious that the rack mount isnt securing the wheel, its most likely bolted to a hub on the back of the van itself much like the way wheels are bolted onto the back doors of 4x4's
oooooooooooh Brand's Hatch? Looking awesome! -edit- haha didn't see that hidden text until I quoted, look forward to seeing it.
