    Hi guys,
I am wondering why the ESP isn't working probably sometimes. I noticed it while driving on the snowy East Coast, USA. I was driving about 100 km/h and I was steering to the right and the car was understeering hard.
The ESP intervene much too late! ---> See in the Video
I testet it in the Vivace AWD in Normal ESC Mode and in the Hirochi SBR4 AWD in Normal ESC Mode.
In the Hirochi SBR 4 AWD S the ESC is working fine and correctly, but in the Vivace not...
It shoud break the Rear Right Wheel but the Vivace does not.

Maybe it has something to do with the tires? Just a thought.

Well, when you're going 100kmh/62mph on icy roads, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, that's probably what might happen. I can even see that you made an attempt to brake, but the road was so slippery so it didn't work. I don't think that it's a problem with the car itself, I'm leaning more towards driver error.

I wasn't breaking anytime and I know that it is completly wrong to drive like this. But at this example you can see that something is wrong with the Vivace. Im posting the Video from the SBR4 wich works correctly.

lmao, you do realize that what you just said makes it more likely that it's driver error

It is but the job of the ESC is to try to correct that mistake, and the ESC isn't even trying and that's the point.
Video is uploaded, compare it and you will see what I mean. :)

The SBR4 is traveling at a significantly slower speed, and that's probably why it looks like it performed better. I don't know how you didn't catch that when you made the video. I want to see you go the same speed as the SBR4 in the Vivace. Let's see how it does then. In the situation, the speed is the variable that you changed. With speed, of course if you go slower, the car should react better. This time, try not to switch that variable.
As far as I can see, the Vivace is still fine.

Here's a Video of the same speed and a little bit more speed. The ESC of the Sunburst is definitely intervening more and earlier. The ESC of the Vivace isn't even breaking the Rear Right Wheel.
    Try it yourself in BeamNG...

Ok, good night :) I recorded the video, so when you wake up, watch this. It's in a different spot (because I couldn't find your location) but it still demonstrates how the sbr4 and the Vivace will work under ice situations. I did it at varying speeds, some faster. some slower, some the same, so you can see it. When it went the same, both cars seemed to behave the same way. (All recorded footage is 2x slower than realtime):
