780 ti running at only 30 FPS? Laggy

I know this is quite a bump, but I am still having the problem. I did rollback and it changed nothing. My settings are everything on normal. My 660 GTX runs the game better as of right now.
Any help would of great significance.

 

I'm also having lag problems with the new update, see specs below.

 

See, we both have specs that should smash the game, but they are not. I have been having issue from a while back.

 

so, me, dummiesman, and david (the daveywavey david, not david fortesc) have discovered what the main performance killer is, the UI, me being on the intel hd 2500, only saw a small fps gain when turning off the ui, but dimmiesman and david's fps seemed to go back to a normal fps, so the new ui seems to completley negate any performance gain from the 25% physics performance increase (although, the bug doesn't seem to affect everyone as bad as some people)

bascially meaning, if your having performance problems when you shouldn't, try using SHIFT+U to see if your fps fixes itself

(also, now in skype chat david and dummiesman are saying that it now seems to be more of FPS spikes with the UI on)

just thought you would like to know (as well as everyone else, and the devs)

 

It's kinda odd, for me the FPS was generally being an arse (Fluctuating all the time) and turning off the UI kinda helped (weather or not it's linked or me just mentally thinking it's doing something it actually isn't). Either way, i may just have had something running in background or something that was killing the FPS. I will check tomorrow.
