I think it would be a good idea if there was a update were they added a paint slider into the game that changes how dirty vehicle's are as well as a rust slider and a vehicles condition slider which changes the vehicles performance EG: if it was on 0% the vehicle would behave as if it came out of factory and if it was on 100% the vehicle is pretty much bugged.
That might be a great idea. Personally I think it would take quite a bit of work in texturing for every car but I think it would be pretty cool as at the moment there is little to no mud/dirt and no rust (other than afew skins)
