So you're saying the beamng staff are responsible for private mods shared between users off site being leaked, i'm sorry but that's ridiculous

 

People tell them, alot requesting for it to be taken down, Moderators are like nah kinda like

 

Tell them to take it down off the forums? But aren’t people mad about the moderators removing meshslaps from the forums? Do you want them to remove the mods or keep them on the site?

What exactly do you want the moderators to do? They already banned the user (from what I understand).

my guess for the reason why they were taken down was that multiple threads were made for each individual low effort mod. I'd imagine that if all of the reuploaded mods were put in one thread (or at least 1 thread per author) they likely wouldn't have taken them down.

It was likely just a measure against clogging the vehicles section with meshslaps that aren't likely to get any more work done on them.

after all, the purpose of a thread is for either ideas, suggestions, assistance, and updates on the development of the mod and the like during the mod's development,
or it's for bug reporting, etc. after the mod's release, and since these mods are basically abandonware, there's no reason to need such discussions.
